1) Just open Run in Start menu

WPAEVENTS
4) Then in WPAEvents you should find the &quot;OOBETimer&quot;, open it
5) Delete ALL or at least ONE number/character inside
6) Restart your comp
7) Open Run and type: &quot;%systemroot%/system32/msoobe/oobe.exe /a&quot;
if this can&#039;t help you (I can&#039;t remeber what code works, this or this second following), try

		<description>Use a third party software to disable the WGA ActiveX control. Now you can&#039;t do it from IE since only the WGA one is greyed out but if you any third party tool you can easily do it. Or if can edit the registy directly and disable it</description>
